I’m writing to tell you about my experience buying my Saladmaster cookware. After our home demonstration, I wanted to be sure that I was making the right choice in purchasing the cookware. I don’t mind paying for quality and long as I’m sure I’m getting my money’s worth. I research everything I buy thoroughly, and this was no exception.
I checked many websites and read dozens of product reviews. I emailed two competitors to get their side of the story. I was convinced that waterless cooking with surgical stainless steel was much healthier than the way I’d been cooking, but I was pretty sure I could get cookware almost as good for far less money. I needed to know whether the difference in quality between Saladmaster and the competitors was worth the difference in price.
I asked Melissa for a second visit. This time she brought two competitor’s pans, including one just like the one I was prepared to buy. We did the baking soda test and the difference between Saladmaster and the others was significant, but I still wasn’t completely convinced. I asked to cook vegetables in the three pans so I could compare them where it really counts--with food.
The first thing that struck me was how much easier it was to tell the right cooking temperature with Saladmaster. We cooked the same vegetables the same way for the same amount of time. The results were amazing. In one pan, the vegetables were so overcooked that they were inedible. The other vegetables were cooked well, so I compared the taste. I tasted over and over again because I couldn’t quite believe that the zucchini cooked in the Saladmaster pan was that much better--crisp and sweet tasting. All doubt about the value of Saladmaster was erased from my mind.
I’ve had my new cookware for a week and I have to say it has exceeded my expectations. Everything I’ve made so far has been wonderful and Fm cooking with renewed enthusiasm. Thanks to Melissa for having so much patience with me as I went through my research process and came to my own conclusions about the value of Saladmaster. I know I made the right decision and believe that Saladmaster is not just the best quality but more importantly, the best value for the money.
